Formal training programs that have a measurable impact on diversity

Diversity training has a bad reputation for being unhelpful and even leading to backlash against diversity. But research shows there are two kinds of diversity training that actually work: Perspective-taking diversity training puts a person in someone else’s shoes, while goal-setting training sets specific, measurable targets in terms of diversity in an organization.
