To make your newsroom mobile savvy, you need to do more than make an announcement. You need to take several steps to set your course and find success. Among them:
- Put a few people in charge and be transparent about their process.
- Embrace and share analytics so you and others in the newsroom can learn what works and what doesn’t.
- As you learn, establish guidelines — but be willing to update them.
