The Wall Street Journal developed “nudges” – a hybrid between a notification and a nudge – to let opted-in readers know when a new installment of an ongoing series was published.
They also gathered more nudge subscribers with a sentence in all of the pieces in the series: “(Be the first to read the latest installments in our coverage of the coming retirement crisis.Subscribe by email.)”
