Adaptable revenue strategies from local independent online publishers

In 2020, sometimes it feels like we're all throwing things against the wall. Seven mini-cases from LION publishers offer tactics and full-scale strategies they've used to diversify and grow their revenue. Together, the ideas are a good starting point for those regrouping on revenue.

In the run up to its annual awards, LION collected up 7 snapshot-size revenue case studies from its members.

The tactics range from the relatively straight forward ad inventory discounts to monetizing user-generated content, new data products, and creative agency wings.
